Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Overview
FB Processing, Inc. ("FB Processing," "we," "us," or "our") provides identity verification, fraud detection, geolocation and jurisdictional compliance, and transactional account messaging infrastructure to platform operators ("clients"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services and this website.
This Policy applies to information we collect directly (e.g., through this website, or from individuals contacting us) and, where applicable, information we process on behalf of our clients in connection with the services described on our Services page. Where we act as a service provider/processor on behalf of a client, that client's own privacy policy governs their end users' data, and this Policy applies to our role as a processor of that data.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us directly:
- Contact information (name, company, email, phone number) submitted via email or through this website
- Information provided in the course of a business inquiry or support request
Information processed on behalf of clients (as a service provider):
- Identity and document data submitted for identity verification (KYC) purposes
- Account and transaction data analyzed for fraud detection purposes, including verifying that transacting parties are legitimate, verified users
- Device and location data used for geolocation-based compliance checks
- Mobile phone numbers used for one-time passcode (OTP) delivery and account-related notifications
Automatically collected information (this website):
- Standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal website operation
3. How We Use Information
We use information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our identity verification, fraud detection, compliance, and messaging services
- Respond to business inquiries and support requests
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and unauthorized activity
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems and our clients' systems
4. SMS / Account Messaging
FB Processing provides SMS-based one-time passcode (OTP) delivery and account-related notifications on behalf of clients. With respect to this messaging program:
- No marketing messages. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Messages are limited to authentication codes (OTPs) and account-related notifications (e.g., account alerts, account status updates).
- Message frequency. Messages are sent on an event-triggered basis — for example, one message per login or verification request — not on a recurring or scheduled basis.
- No sharing for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and related opt-in information collected for this messaging program are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Opt-out. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, and HELP for assistance. Opt-in to this messaging program is specific to this program and is not combined with consent for any other messaging program.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information:
- With clients on whose behalf we are processing data, as necessary to provide our services
- With service providers and subprocessors who support our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, carrier/messaging delivery partners), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms
- Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- In connection with regulatory reporting obligations related to fraud detection and prevention
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including recordkeeping requirements applicable to identity verification and fraud prevention), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Where FB Processing acts as a service provider to a client, requests regarding end-user data are generally directed to the relevant client; we will assist as required by applicable law. To make a request or ask a question about this Policy, contact us at [email protected].
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
